When staying at the cottage , you will receive a key from the Morva’s main building, where it should be returned on departure. If the key is lost, the cost of changing the lock will be charged.
If you stay in the cottage, you are responsible for cleaning it. You can pre-order cleaning at the time of booking for 100 € / cabin. Before leaving the cottage, you must take care of the following items: export of garbage, vacuum cleaning and washing of floors if necessary, cleaning of dishes, removal of stains and dirt, putting items to their places and making the beds. Even if the final cleaning is ordered, the cottage is expected to be in good condition after your stay. If the cleaning is not booked in advance and we have to clean the cottage for you, we will charge a separate cleaning fee of 150 € / cottage.
The customer is responsible for the property during the rental period. The customer is obliged to immediately report any damage to the property and to compensate it to the Countryside Hotel Morva. Smoking is prohibited inside the cottages.
Bed linen and towels are always included in the rates of accommodation.
Firewood is included in the price of cottages.
The countryside hotel has one family room with its own entrance and pets are welcome there at an additional cost. No pets are allowed in the other rooms of the countryside hotel or in any of the cottages.

Yksityistilaisuuksien varausmaksu on tilaisuuden koosta riippuen 300 € tai 500 €.
Sesonkiajoilta perimme varausmaksun etukäteen, sovitettavissa.
Peruutusmaksuna perimme 50 % varauksen kokonaishinnasta, mikäli peruutus tapahtuu alle 7 vrk ennen varatun majoituksen alkamisajankohtaa.

Peruutuksesta on aina ilmoitettava viipymättä Maalaishotelli Morvalle. Sairastumisesta on esitettävä todistus. Peruutuksen sattuessa varausmaksua ei palauteta.
Majoituskohde on käytettävissä tulopäivänä klo 15 alkaen ja se on luovutettava lähtöpäivänä klo 12 mennessä. Lähtöpäivänä voimme myös neuvotella pidemmän luovutusajan. Majoittuessasi mökissä saat avaimen Maalaishotelli Morvan päärakennuksesta, minne se tulee myös lähtiessä palauttaa. Jos avain katoaa, peritään lukon vaihtamisesta aiheutuneet todelliset kustannukset.
Mikäli majoitut mökissä, olet vastuussa sen siivoamisesta. Voit tilata siivouksen ennakkoon varauksen yhteydessä, jolloin hinta on 120 €/mökki. Majoittujan on huolehdittava seuraavista asioista ennen mökin luovuttamista: roskien vienti, lattioiden imurointi ja tarvittaessa pesu, astioiden puhdistus, tahrojen ja likojen poisto, tavaroiden paikoilleen vienti ja vuoteiden petaus. Vaikka loppusiivous onkin tilattu, edellytetään mökin kunnon olevan normaalin asumisen jäljiltä. Jos siivousta ei ole tilattu ennakkoon, ja joudumme siivoamaan mökin puolestasi, veloitamme erillisen siivousmaksun 180 €/mökki.
Asiakas on vastuussa majoituskohteen irtaimistosta vuokrausaikana. Asiakas on velvollinen ilmoittamaan irtaimistolle aiheuttamistaan vahingoista välittömästi ja korvaamaan ne Maalaishotelli Morvalle. Tupakointi on kielletty mökkien sisätiloissa.
Majoitukseen hintaan kuuluu aina liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet.
Mökin hintaan sisältyy polttopuut.
Maalaishotellissa on yksi omalla sisäänkäynnillä varustettu perhehuone, jonne myös lemmikit ovat tervetulleita lisämaksusta. Maalaishotellin muihin huoneisiin ja kumpaankaan mökkiin ei saa viedä lemmikkieläimiä lainkaan.
Kaikki varaukseen tai mökin kuntoon liittyvät huomautukset tulee osoittaa välittömästi Maalaishotelli Morvan henkilökunnalle.
