Reservation fee

For private events, the booking fee is € 300 or € 500, depending on the size of the event.

In high season we charge a booking fee in advance, can be negotiated.

Cancellation fee

In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay, we will charge 50% of the total price of the reservation.

Event cancellation fee; we will charge 50% of the total price of the reservation if canceled less than 14 days before the scheduled start time of the event. For less than 7 days, we charge a 100% fee.

We reserve the right to change these terms.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must always be notified immediately to the Countryside Hotel Morva. Evidence of illness must be provided. In case of cancellation, the reservation fee will not be refunded.

Key

The room is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12pm on the day of departure. We can also negotiate a longer vacation time for the day of departure. When staying at the cottage, you will receive a key from the Morva’s main building, where it should be returned on departure. If the key is lost, the cost of changing the lock will be charged.

Cleaning

If you stay in the cottage, you are responsible for cleaning it. You can pre-order cleaning at the time of booking for 90 € / cabin. Before leaving the cottage, you must take care of the following items: export of garbage, vacuum cleaning and washing of floors if necessary, cleaning of dishes, removal of stains and dirt, putting items to their places and making the beds. Even if the final cleaning is ordered, the cottage is expected to be in good condition after your stay. If the cleaning is not booked in advance and we have to clean the cottage for you, we will charge a separate cleaning fee of 100 € / cottage.

Movables

The customer is responsible for the property during the rental period. The customer is obliged to immediately report any damage to the property and to compensate it to the Countryside Hotel Morva. Smoking is prohibited inside the cottages.

Bed linen and towels

Bed linen and towels are always included in the rates of accommodation.

Firewood

Firewood is included in the price of cottages. 

Pets

The countryside hotel has one family room with its own entrance and pets are welcome there at an additional cost. No pets are allowed in the other rooms of the countryside hotel or in any of the cottages.

Any comments regarding the reservation or the condition of the cottage should be addressed immediately to the staff of the Countryside Hotel Morva.
