Metso Wellness path
Also suitable for disabled people
From our hotel you can easily reach the Metso wellness path. The 1.8 km route is provided with plenty of signs. The trail includes various action points with a variety of guided recreational activities. The route is so accessible that people with reduced mobility and even those in wheelchairs can take part.
Free and open to all
The wellness path is free of charge and open to everyone in need of peace, and does not require you to use or purchase any of our other services. You can leave your car at our parking lot where the path originates. If you wish, you can order some snacks or a guide for your trip from us.
The Wellness Path project, funded by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, is a concept developed in cooperation between the Finnish Forest Center and Tapio Oy, which aims to lead the forest visitor to well-being. The purpose is to make it easy for hikers to find a wellness path in the diverse forest nature close to the services.
Experiences
Morva’s nature and environment offers a wide range of experiences. From the vicinity of our hotel you can access ski trails, bicycle trails and nature trails, or go snowmobiling, among other things. In the winter, next to the main house, there is a 150 m long Muppet sled hill for true madcaps!
You can also take advantage of our extensive guided activities. For example, you can explore the surrounding area with our guided nature tours or ferry tours. While those looking for a more adventurous experience can find something to do with our nearby partners, such as the airsoft adventure game or the Himos ski slopes.
