In the winter, there are many activities to do in the area around Morva. Ski trails take you to Jämsä (16 km), Jämsänkoski (13 km) and Himos (12 km), and if necessary we can arrange skis for loan. If skiing does not offer enough pace, the snowmobile tracks run right next to our countryside hotel.
You can also admire the winter scenery with the snowshoes available from our countryside hotel. For brave, there is our Muppet hill, which is as much as 150 m long. The hill is just next doors. We also offer sleds and other equipment for loan free of charge.
Experiences
Morva’s nature and environment offers a wide range of experiences. From the vicinity of our hotel you can access ski trails, bicycle trails and nature trails, or go snowmobiling, among other things. In the winter, next to the main house, there is a 150 m long Muppet sled hill for true madcaps!
You can also take advantage of our extensive guided activities. For example, you can explore the surrounding area with our guided nature tours or ferry tours. While those looking for a more adventurous experience can find something to do with our nearby partners, such as the airsoft adventure game or the Himos ski slopes.
